Yes, i've been told. I'm not pretty confident about myself but what the hell :3

Thank you for that.

"not pretty confident"? Woman. You ever look in mirror? :-)

You're welcome.

Fist off, I've always admired your cosplay Alice cosplays ^_^
Nextly, I would like to ask, did you paint the stitching on the hem? If so, that's innovative! I'm timid about doing the stitching b/c I have trouble making the stitches even when hand sewing.

Thanks! The stitches are made of ribbon :) cut the holes with some scissors and pass the ribbon through them

Thank you so much! <3
Mind me asking, did you use a ruler or measuring tape to ensure they were the same distance, or did you just eyeball it?

If you'd like, you are welcome to see my cosplay here [link] It's my fist ever & not quite finished (still needs the scalloped lace trimmed slip, stitching on skirt & apron, & less tulle in the sleeves so they don't look so 80s). When I get better at sewing, I'm contemplating remaking the costume.

No, i did it randomly xD

Your costume is way better than mine, this wasone of my first cosplays, i did even knew how to draft a tshirt pattern, i invented this pattern from a long tshirt i had xD then i took a class on pattern making and sewing a learned a lot. There is a lot of difference between this dress and the misstitched dress i sewed at the end of last yeart.

I've just made a classic dress to a friend with my new skills:

It ahs the accurate length of dress and apron and a matching pattern lol

you can't see it on the picture but the stitching on the skirt is darker than mine, mina is way too light.
